OWDA's senior management team directs our programmes across the Somali Regional State and beyond, from the head office in Addis Ababa and the regional office in Jijiga.
Muhidin Jemal Ahmed
Oversees the design and delivery of OWDA's programmes across education, health and nutrition, WASH and livelihoods, from proposal through implementation to reporting.
Mohammud Mohammed Hussein
Runs field operations across the Somali Regional State, coordinating the zone offices, field teams and the day to day relationships with regional and woreda authorities.
Ahmed Dekene Mohomed
Leads monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning: the data, field assessments and community feedback that show whether programmes are working, and what to change.
Nuredin Yusuf Musemma
Safeguards internal controls and risk management, and ensures OWDA's work meets donor conditions, statutory obligations and its own policies.
Hussein Ali Ibrahim
Manages OWDA's finances, covering budgeting, grant and treasury management, donor financial reporting and the annual external audit.
